The Villa
The luxury air-conditioned rustic style villa has recently been refurbished & is fully equipped inside & out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a modern kitchen, Sky TV & wireless internet access. The villa sleeps 10 to 12 people & has 5 en suite bedrooms.
The Tropical Garden
Outside there are ample terraces surrounding the heated pool as well as a roof top terrace with sun loungers, all with fantastic scenic views. The garden is very private & stocked with tropical plants & trees. There is a barbecue area, pub style pool table, table tennis table, children’s play area & parking for 3 cars.

Finca Rustica villa is situated on the slopes of the Montgo Mountain, with lovely views over orange groves, Javea old town & the Mediterranean sea. The villa is in a very private, peaceful area but within walking distance of central Javea; where you will find many shops, bars, restaurants, an indoor market as well as the vibrant weekly market. The main beach & Javea’s port area are a 5 minute drive.
